After searching through many different crochet patterns looking for the perfect one for Tabitha’s custom Sky Mobile, I came across one by Teri Crews Designs that I knew would be great with just a few minor modifications!
I used size D and E crochet hooks to make my bird more the size we were looking for, one that can fit in the palm of your hand.
Here’s a few quick notes that will help before you start the pattern:
-Do not join rounds unless indicated
-Some pieces are closed with a long ending tail. To close this way thread tapestry needle, weave through remaining stitches and pull tight to close.

Are the directions in uk or USA terminology?
Hoping to make a wee seagull !!
Hi Ellie! Thank you, the directions are in USA terminology. It does look like a little seagull now that you mention it! I’d love to see yours finished once you do make it :)
